Submitting this form is a request for a custom portrait and does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a place on my calendar. Please upload one initial photo that best represents the portrait you have in mind. I’ll review your request to ensure it aligns with my artistic style, reference requirements, and current availability.

If approved, I’ll email you to collect 3–6 additional photos, help you choose the strongest reference, confirm the portrait size and composition, and explain the next steps for submitting the 50% nonrefundable deposit. The deposit is applied toward the listed commission price and officially reserves your place on my calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due once the portrait is complete and before it is packaged and shipped. Personalized commissions are final sale.

Each portrait is created in my established hand-painted style using the approved reference photos and composition. One round of minor sketch adjustments is included; major changes, additional pets, detailed backgrounds, or changes requested after painting begins may require an additional fee or be declined.

Your portrait will arrive signed, matted, gift-ready, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
