Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Andrea Bowden Art. Because many of my products are handmade, one of a kind, or created especially for you, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

Ready-Made Prints and Paper Goods

Unused and unopened prints, greeting cards, stickers, and other ready-made paper goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in its original protective packaging.
You must contact me before mailing the return.
Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or commissioned artwork
Personalized products
Original artwork
Digital products or downloads
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

These limitations do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Order Cancellations

Ready-made product orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or shipped.

After that period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Commission cancellation terms are explained in the Commission Policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact andreabowdenart@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Please keep all packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

When appropriate, I will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Because original and commissioned artwork is one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times vary by financial institution. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return resulted from an error by Andrea Bowden Art or damage in transit.
